Configuration and technical principles

a.      Configuration

It is composed of light source, sample cell, single chip system, display, controlling software, etc. 

b.      Technical principles

 

It works under the control of single chip system and coordination of time signals. Two LBD light sources, with wavelength of 500nm and 650nm respectively, irradiate the sample cell in turns. Silicon photocell sensor, installed in the other side of the sample cell, could detect the released light energy released and then converse it into electric signals. When operating while following the instruction, put the vacant sample into the analyzer to facilitate the light irradiating the silicon photocell sensor. The sensor detects two light energy sources in different wavelength, and outlet it in form of electric signal that is recorded in the single chip with vacant value after special dealing. Repeat the above operations, and put the sample cell to be tested into the shelf. The insoluble content is detected and output, calculated according to dual wavelength spectrophotometry.
